Captain Peter Leo
1st SIA Singaporean Captain, Veteran Akidoists, Karatekas and Kendokas
I first met Casey around 2011 at the Ueshiba Aikido Dojo. Both 2nd Dan Black Belts, we quickly became each other’s favorite training partners due to our shared serious attitude toward martial arts. We attained our 3rd Dan in 2014, after which our weekly training ended.
Our contact was sparse for the next decade until June 2024, when Casey reached out about Kendo. I invited him to my private Dojo, where I was stunned to learn he had just overcome a life-threatening battle with Parkinson’s Disease in February 2024.
The shock was immediately replaced by astonishment: the Casey in front of me appeared younger, more energetic, and more vibrant than he was ten years prior!
Since reconnecting, I’ve seen firsthand his incredible progress. His strength, speed, endurance, and agility now far surpass what he achieved in his youth. He has not only recovered but become younger, stronger, faster, and smarter.
Casey attributes this spectacular recovery and transformation to his new training system: the Dragons’ Way Foundation Philosophy (DWFP). This unique system, combining elements of Wu-Style Tai Chi, Aikido, Systema, Yogo, Qigong, and Weight Training, took him:
**From Hell to Health in 4 months.
**From Health to Super Health in another 4 months.
At nearly 80 and fortunate to be healthy, I can only say this: if I were Casey’s age, DWFP is a training system I would pursue immediately and seriously.

Chong Kok Foong
Senior Wu-Style Tai Chi Disciple
I came across Dragon’s Way Foundation Program (DWFP) when I joined the same Taichi Quan class as Casey. It’s truly miraculous to witness his recovery from a severe illness, which his doctors had diagnosed as Parkinson’s disease and deemed irreversible.
Through sheer determination and his extensive experience in martial arts, including Taichi, as well as his exploration of various body workout practices, he was able to gradually heal and transform himself into a completely revitalized person.
Throughout this journey, he developed the DWFP system that we now know. I’ve tried to apply some of its principles to my newly adopted pickleball game, which has helped me perform better and enjoy the sport more. The most noticeable change I’ve experienced is a boost in my physical strength and an almost indescribable sense of revitalization! It would be a lot of fun to see how DWFP transforms me through the journey.

Michelle Ong
Precision Health Alliance (PHA) Ambassador
Like many, my perception of Martial Arts and Self Defence came from movies and professional fights — where physicality, power, and toughness took centre stage. I always thought it was about who could hit harder, move faster, or last longer.
But my recent experience with the Dragons’ Way Foundation Philosophy (DWFP), under Master Casey Ong, completely changed that belief.
In just one session, Casey revealed a whole new dimension of Martial Arts — one that is non-physical yet profoundly powerful. He demonstrated how, with awareness, breath, and energy flow, we can move or redirect someone effortlessly, regardless of their size or strength. Watching it was incredible — but feeling it was mind-blowing. It was as if the person in front of me had become light as air bubbles, and I could guide their movement with ease.
Even more astonishing was how quickly it made sense. After less than 30 minutes with Casey, I felt a level of confidence I never imagined possible. For the first time, I understood that true mastery isn’t about muscle — it’s about connection, calmness, and control.
DWFP taught me that power doesn’t have to be aggressive; it can be graceful, intelligent, and deeply cantered.
And the best part? It doesn’t take 30 years of practice to feel it working — just the right guidance and an open mind. I can’t wait to keep learning. 😎

Gary Tan
Private Banker, ex-Naval Diver
I first met Casey in Jun 2023 when I was still with UOB Private Banking. He was a shadow of who he is today.
As he was at the 7th month of his Parkinson’s ordeal, he was getting weaker and weaker by the week. Whenever I called him on the phone, he was always panting. His mind was unfocused and disoriented. I would often have to repeat myself multiple times and keep reminding him so that things do not mess up.
On occasions that we met face to face at the office, it was even more obvious that Casey wasn’t well, just looking at his eyes. facial expressions and slurred speech. But I did not know what it was until much later after Casey’s full recovery.
And mine oh mine. From the time Casey fully recovered in Feb 2024, Casey went on BEAST MODE, he has gone from Strength to Strength, each week Stronger, Faster and Smarter than the previous week. His progress is phenomenal! As an Ex Naval Diver, I confessed that what Casey has achieved is remarkable, especially at e age above 60 year old.
I also managed to learn the concept of 11 Imaginary Energy Balls and the Breathwork from Casey, in DWFP COC 1(Category of Competency 1)
It really helped with my daily life activities and movements, making them stress free, effortless. joyful and much safer. I am looking forward to learning about the 9 other COC that are open to e Public.
DWFP Rocks!

Wayne Siew
Veteran Tech Industry Executive & Entrepreneur.
I’ve known Casey since 2013, when we studied Wu Style Taichi together at Hong Kong Street.
Casey has always been a keen student of the martial arts, continually seeking to apply his knowledge and skills across the various forms, including Aikido, Systema and Weight Training.
He is a living testament to the power of connecting Physical and Mental States to overcome the effects and ravages of time on the body, mind and spirit.
I had the unique privilege to witness the origination of the Dragons’ Way Foundation Philosophy (DWFP,) starting with the unique, and typically devastating challenges it was designed to overcome. From early onset Parkinson’s, major setbacks in the family situation, and faced with need to rebuild an entire life from scratch, Casey is now mentally more agile, and physically more powerful since a decade ago.
Personally, I am challenged by Casey to revisit all my expectations of what life after 50 should be. We all have the power to take the “Should Be” and embrace the “Would Be” starting from today.

Nishiwaki Takesh
Fully Certified Instructor,
Systema Singapore
I first met Casey in 2024 when he came down to Systema Singapore for training. He was quickly able to see that Systema was more than meets the eye and had much more to offer than it seems.
He has a strong spirit as seen through his amazing battle and victory with Parkinson’s as well as his strength and vitality at this age. He is always very strong and upbeat through class and is always trying to improve.
He has also been able to take what he learned from Taichi and Kendo to help his progress and create the Dragons’ Way Foundation Philosophy (DWFP) system which He is the founder of this DWFP.
He is a great inspiration and very strong at his age of 62.

Casey is a very driven individual who is very consistent in his approach to building value for his clients and community on top of himself.
Focused and driven but also adaptable to changing conditions, Casey puts in the technical, networking and socializing work to make things happen and it is awe inspiring to see.

Before DWFP, I relied mostly on strength and willpower, which often left me exhausted and tense. DWFP shifted that completely. Through the breathing and body awareness practice, I learned how to move from a calmer place — and the result has been more energy, better balance, and a clearer mind throughout the day. The change felt surprisingly fast, and very real. This is something I see myself continuing for the long term.

David Chan
Veteran Tech Industry Entrepreneur, USA
I’ve known Casey since 1994, when he joined Oracle Singapore as Sales Manager for the Financial Services Industry. I was then leading Oracle’s Workgroup Server Division across Asia Pacific, and Casey soon took on additional responsibilities that brought him onto my team.
In 1998, I hired him again—this time at Hewlett-Packard—as Asia Pacific Group Marketing Director for the Internet Business Unit while I moved back to California for a global role at HP’s HQ. It was a big step up, and he delivered. His business results outpaced EMEA by a wide margin—remarkable for that era.
What’s made our relationship special is that it has always been friendship first. We’ve stayed close with each other’s families, and over the years we even explored a few ventures together. Whether or not those ideas took off, the trust and respect only grew.
Casey’s resilience is something I’ve witnessed up close. After a brutal stretch following COVID, he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in late 2022 and faced very serious prognoses. I wasn’t sure anyone could fight through that. Casey did. By early 2024, he’d made a recovery that surprised everyone around him. Since then he’s only gotten stronger.
He credits a holistic training approach he developed—Dragons’ Way Foundation Philosophy (DWFP)—drawing on decades of study across multiple martial arts and Qigong traditions. Whatever your views on wellness systems, I can say this: the discipline, mindset, and consistency he brings to his life and work are the same qualities that made him a standout leader in tech.
If you’re looking for someone who is ambitious, accountable, and relentlessly positive under pressure, Casey is that person. I’d work with him again in a heartbeat.

Alex Tran
Decades-Long friend and Fellow Explorer of Mind-Body Science
I’ve known Casey for decades — long before Dragon’s Way Foundation Program was even an idea. I’ve seen him through good times, rough storms, and the kind of challenges that could knock anyone flat.
When life hit him hard — family crisis, illness, even Parkinson’s — I honestly didn’t know if he’d make it back. But somehow, he didn’t just recover… he rebooted.
Watching Casey rebuild himself from the inside out was like watching a real-life movie montage — except instead of background music, there was breathwork, fascia talk, and something about “11 Imaginary Energy Balls.” (I know, it sounds wild. It works.)
Having done acupuncture myself, I can tell you DWFP hits the same nervous-system sweet spot — except you’re the needle and the healer. The calm, focus, and strength it generates are next-level. Casey today moves, thinks, and jokes like someone half his age — which, frankly, is both inspiring and slightly annoying.
What he’s created isn’t just another wellness program; it’s living proof that the body and mind can reset and thrive at any age. If you ever get a chance to learn DWFP from the source — do it. Just be prepared to question everything you thought you knew about energy, movement, and what “getting older” means.

Young Fellow with Music Degree
I met Uncle Casey and CJ Tan at a KL golf driving range around June 2024. Their friendly guidance on golf techniques led to a lasting friendship. Having just graduated and feeling directionless, I received invaluable life advice from Uncle Casey, who encouraged me to boldly pursue my passions. He introduced me to experienced professionals and brought me to events, greatly expanding my network and knowledge of life and work.
A few months later, my two friends and I (all around 1.8-1.9m tall) visited Uncle Casey (61 years old, 1.69m tall) in Johor Bahru. We challenged him and his teammate to a 2-on-2 basketball game. Despite the clear height and age disadvantage, Uncle Casey surprisingly led his team to victory!
I later learned his secret: what he called his “11 Imaginary Energy Balls,” a MIND ENERGY practice that gave him impressive power, speed, and agility. When I tried this technique myself, I was amazed that it genuinely worked for me too.
The story behind this power is even more incredible. Just a couple of years ago, Uncle Casey was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a condition his doctors called irreversible. Through sheer determination, discipline, and deep knowledge of martial arts and body-mind training, he completely healed himself. In the process, he developed the system now known as the Dragon’s Way Foundation Philosophy (DWFP).
Seeing his transformation—from facing a disabling illness to being a vibrant, winning athlete—deeply inspired me. It proved that with the right mindset and perseverance, nothing is impossible. His dedication to growing DWFP is constant, working tirelessly even late into the night.
To me, Uncle Casey is a kind and helpful Mentor and a living example of resilience and positive energy. I am immensely grateful for his wisdom and encouragement, and I believe his DWFP work will continue to inspire and empower countless others.

Casey and I have been good friends since secondary school. He was always mild-mannered, cheerful, and approachable, with a natural flair for sports and Chinese Kungfu. Despite his corporate career at IBM and other major corporations, he maintained a unique blend of polished linguistic finesse and deep pride in his Chinese heritage.
In 2018, when our class group chat was trying to reconnect with old friends, I thought of Casey and invited him to join. Since then, he’s been an active member, and we’ve had the chance to rediscover the person behind the polished corporate career. By then, he had already retired and was living comfortably. I visited him once and met his two daughters, both in university — a clear reflection of the successful life he’s built.
Then in 2024, Casey shared something that truly stunned us: he had recovered from Parkinson’s disease. Knowing how fit and disciplined he’s always been, it was hard to imagine him facing such a challenge. Yet he spoke openly about his two-year ordeal, and I was deeply moved by his resilience and determination.
Casey has always been enterprising. Over the years, he’s ventured into several businesses, and most recently, at the age of 62, he launched Dragons’ Way Foundation Philosophy (DWFP) — a Holistic Wellness System. While many of us are retired or semi-retired, Casey is still bursting with energy and vision. It’s nothing short of inspiring.
His website is impressive, just like everything else he does. Casey never fails to surprise us old friends. Sometimes I wonder — are we really the same age?

I have known Casey for 33 years since we were colleagues at IBM Singapore in 1992. He was always admired for his healthy lifestyle and involvement in various sports and martial arts.
However, 2022 was a year everything crashed down for Casey, culminating in the first symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease by November. I maintained close vigilance during this hellish period, witnessing his rapid decline. The situation was dire; doctors advised him to consider Palliative Care, predicting he would require tube feeding within 3–4 years and had a remaining lifespan of 7–8 years.
After overcoming a desire to end his life, Casey turned all his energy toward self-healing. In October 2023, he restarted his pre-Covid Integrated Hybrid Training System (IHTS).
Amazingly, within just four months, by February 2024, all symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease had vanished completely. This recovery gave birth to Casey 2.0 and the system known as Dragons’ Way Foundation Philosophy (DWFP).
Since then, his health and vitality have gone from strength to strength, setting new personal records in strength, endurance, agility, and cognitive skills.
Even though I am not involved in martial arts, DWFP’s concepts, such as the 11 Imaginary Energy Balls and BALL MEN vs. STICK MEN, have had a huge impact on my simple daily movements like walking, sitting, and going up stairs. I view it as a moving meditation. Additionally, DWFP’s Breath Work effectively addresses daily physical, mental, and emotional stress.
I look forward to exploring the other Categories of Competencies (COC) of DWFP.

Calixto Tay
Managing Director, Originally US
I have known Casey since 2013. Introduced to me as a friend’s uncle and 24 years my senior (the same age as my dad), we became friends and even worked on tech ventures together.
In 2022, everything in Casey’s life collapsed due to a family crisis and Covid complications. Tormented, he developed the first symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease by November 2022. I maintained close contact and saw firsthand how he physically, mentally, and emotionally deteriorated, becoming a shadow of himself by September 2023.
Fortunately, things turned around in October 2023 when Casey committed to restarting his pre-Covid training program, the Integrated Hybrid Training System (IHTS), and incorporated new healing practices.
Amazingly, just four months later, on the first day of the Dragon Year in 2024, all Parkinson’s symptoms vanished like smoke. This incredible self-healing process birthed Casey 2.0 and the Dragons’ Way Foundation Philosophy (DWFP).
Casey’s progress continues; now at 62, his energy level—both mind and body—is like that of a 26-year-old. Sometimes, at 38, I feel old and weak around him! Most importantly, he is having the time of his life.
To keep up, I recently started training with DWFP’s COC 1 (11 Imaginary Energy Balls). This concept is simple and easy to incorporate into daily movements, making them stress-free, safe, and strong. I am looking forward to exploring the other publicly available Categories of Competency.

Colin Goh
Chief Instructor, Infinite Youth Qigong | Managing Director, Ocean Butterflies Music Ptd Ltd
I have known Casey since 2019. That was 6 years ago, when he joined the Infinite Youth Qigong 反老还童气功,where I still serve as Chief Instructor.
After which we stayed in contact over other social and business related events. We soon realized we have many common interests, including Music. We also found out that we both graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in the same year!
Then came Covid. Everything went quiet for a couple of years.
When we reconnected again in mid 2024, I was shocked to learn of Casey’s unfortunate personal circumstances and his 15 months ordeal fighting Parkinson’s Disease.
But more than shock, I was AMAZED and INSPIRED by how Casey went against all odds to overcome what seems to be insurmountable adversities.
Then it made me curious about what DWFP is. While certainly it has elements of Infinite Youth Qigong, it has many other powerful wellness practices built in.
Now at 62, his energy level of the Mind and Body is like that of a 26 year old. Once I find the time, DWFP is certainly on my to -do list.

Xia Lin
Yoga and Pilates Instructor
When I first met Casey on 1 Jan 2024 as his Yoga and Pilates Instructor, he was just a shadow of who he is today. He was less than 3 months into DWFP training which he started on 8 Oct 2023. As his Instructor, I witnessed his amazing progress from week to week.
By the time when the Dragon Year arrived in Feb 2024, Casey completely recovered from his Illness. He looked like a born again person, full of energy and creativity, with no trace of his 15 month ordeal with Parkinson’s Disease. Casey’s progress did not stop at just recovery, he went on to be stronger and younger with even more vitality.
By April, I noticed some of his hair had turned black with the same kind of texture as those found with people in their twenties. Looking at Casey today, though 62 of age, his energy level and positivity is more like a 26 year old, so we often joked that he is one cycle younger than me, as I am 38 this year.
DWFP is a very powerful program to transform a person Physically, Mentally and Emotionally. The concepts in DWFP helps me improve my Yoga and Pilates practices. It’s Nervous Systems focus training enabled a more creative and focused mind. The benefits are endless!

Casey and I are both in our early 60s. So we and most in our generation have much common needs, when it comes to lifelong holistic wellness, physical safety that is free from domestic accidents and injury free sporting activities.
Casey shared with me an unconventional way to view our body as e collective make up of 10 balls or pivot points around our feet, knees, hips, elbows and hands. These pivot points can be used to redistribute our weight to help us recover our balance, such as when we have tripped and are about to fall over.
Using the 10 pivot points or balls within our bodies, we are more self aware of how to take corrective action and prevent the fall from happening and injuring ourselves. This is especially useful as seniors as it helps us live our lives with more confidence.

Casey is a person full of positive energy, who is proactive, enthusiastic about life, and always perseveres in learning.
He attaches great importance to physical and mental health, constantly improving his physical fitness and psychological state through continuous exercise and a disciplined lifestyle.
Not only that, Casey is also willing to share his health philosophy, actively influencing and inspiring people around him to join the ranks of healthy living.
I am truly happy and proud to see him step by step transforming from being healthy to super healthy. His mobility and infectiousness make him a role model and source of motivation for those around him.

Senior Executive – Tech Industry
I have known Casey since 1994 when he joined Oracle Singapore from IBM Singapore. He was 31 year old then. Casey has always been friendly and sociable, therefore pretty popular with other coworkers. Especially the ladies, lucky chap. Well, he was single anyway.
He was also mild tempered and pretty gentle, relative to the corporate culture then. So none of us would have thought that he was already trained in 3 Martial Arts before he graduated from University.
As the 90s were the Tech Boom era, Casey soon left for a highly successful startup in 1996. So we weren’t in much contact for several years until he rejoined Oracle to work for me in 2003 for a short stint, which was rather disruptive for me as his Manager. Nonetheless, it did not affect our long lasting friendship, and we stayed in touch over social and business occasions here and then over the years, until Covid hit us all.
He later shared that the stint was short because he was suffering from Chronic Depressions. therefore having difficulty in adjusting back, even though Oracle is not new to him, albeit some small changes in corporate culture.
As Casey shared later, Chronic Depressions doesn’t go away easily, as later he had another 3 relapses. Each time worse than the previous..
But what came 18 months after the 3rd of relapse was FAR WORST.
He developed the first symptom of Parkinson’s Disease in Nov 2022. The whole ordeal lasted 15 Months, ending only in Feb 2024.
However, when we reconnected post-Covid and post-Parkinson’s, it surprised me that he looked so different, in a positive way. He was much more energetic, focused and driven than when I last saw him pre-Covid. Most of all, he looked very happy and free of worries.
His positivity, confidence and loving kindness is contagious, so much so that it curious me to learn more about what he did to attain such desirable qualities, at the age of 61, despite all the adversities against him.
So we arranged for a meet up session at the Gym, along with another ex-colleague, to share with us what he did. It was systematic, scientific and safe. However, it requires discipline though, to workout at least 3 times a week at the Gym.
Last I know, one of his clients is a 83 Year Old Dementia Patient, and he is into the 9th week of the program, and going stronger and stronger, sharper and sharper. It appears promising that DWFP can at least mitigate his otherwise worsening condition, if not improve it.
I am now in the process of reallocating my time, to juggle between Family and other commitments, so that I can embark on this disciplined journey of REJUVENTATIONS!

I have known Casey since 1995, when we were colleagues at Oracle Singapore. He was 33 year old then.
While Casey has always been on the sporty side, none of us knew that he had already been trained in 3 different Martial Arts by the time he Graduated from University, as he never breathed a word about.
Later, as we left for different opportunities during the Tech Boom 90s, we lost touch for many years. The last time I saw him as over ten years ago when we bumped into each other on Saturday morning at the Botanic Gardens during morning walk. He was 50 year old then. It was only in the middle of this year that we had the opportunity to sit down for a night of drinking together.
When I first saw him after so many years, it strikes me that he is full of energy and vitality at the age of 62. While the skin seems to remain how it was 12 years ago, everything inside seems to have gone through a drastic transformation. Even his emotion and personality seems like that of a much younger person. What surprised me even more was his victory against Parkinson’s Disease only 20 months ago.
Casey later shared how he went about developing DWFP, Dragons’ Way Foundation Philosophy as the answer to heal himself when Dr advised him that he has only 7-8 years of lifespan remaining back in 2023.
Casey’s personal story of self-determination, not giving up when all hope seems lost is truly inspiring. He defies many conventional thinking assumptions about aging and wellness. One thing that is clear to me, is that it starts with the Mind Set, followed by the discipline to execute it, day in day out without excuses. Many of us accepted and allowed the notion that once you are over 55, you are supposed to be weaker and weaker.
It is a self-fulfilling prophecy.
On the contrary, now that most of us in our generation are retired or semi-retired, we have the time in the world, and the financial resources to train ourselves like what Casey did. The result is REJUVENATION.
Casey showed us what is possible even beyond 60. I am now inspired to relook into my daily routine, to start embracing what Casey advocated. I am glad to have a friend like Casey to show me what is possible. DWFP Rocks!
