Although Casey and I have been on the same TDF Cycling Group for a while, we have never rode together, as Casey was never in town over the weekend, which is when most of the group cycling activities are organized. So the first time I rode with him was during our 6.5 Days Seoul to Busan Bike Tour during April this year.
To be honest, most of us in this tour group were somewhat concerned, who is this dude?! However, we all trust that our Group Leader Pierce Queck had better judgement to accept him into the group.
So, we all embarked on this adventurous journey together, albeit with lingering concern if he could make it through, especially that with this Bike Tour, unlike those of Taiwan, there isn’t any backup vehicle or support.
He was also the oldest dude with the least Bike Tour experience compared with the rest of us, a NEWBIE simply put. So everyone was keeping a keen eye on him, so that nothing would go wrong, as it would be dangerous for him and hell of a hassle for everyone else.
It didn’t help that the weather in Korea during April was much colder, wetter and hasher than what we have all expected. On some days, we had snow, hail, heavy downpour and head wind at 68km per hour all at once, temperature ranging between 0-6 °C.
Fortunately, Casey surprised all of us. Not only did he managed to survive the 6.5 Day of Bike Tour over hilly terrain and hushed weather without fall or other injuries, he managed to overcome one of the toughest hill climb in Korea, where all of us, 7 pax in total, have to resort to pushing our bikes up slope , except him.
At 62 year old, he was the oldest, while the rest of us averaged 45 year old. So we were curious how he did it. He soon shared that he uses Breath Work and Body Mechanics of the Bone Joints and his 11 Imaginary Energy Balls to help him overcome.
All coming from parts of DWFP.
I am curious to learn more of DWFP, as how it applies to Cycling, and also other Daily Activities and Movements, that would prevent accidents at home and jury from sporting activities.
DWFP Rocks!

The Surprise Cycling Warrior – Casey Ong
I had the privilege of sharing a room with Casey Ong on an incredible, fully self-supported 11-day cycling tour from Seoul to Busan, Korea, a gruelling 633 KM adventure in April 2025. It’s funny how a simple need to save cost by finding a roommate, led to this awesome friendship.
We were a group of seven (four gentlemen and three ladies). Casey was the oldest member so we all kept a keen eye on him. With the sudden weather change, we were somewhat under-prepared and heightened by the unexpectedly harsh Korean weather: we faced a relentless mix of snow, hail, heavy downpour, and brutal 60+ KM head winds. The temperatures often hovered between 0°C to 6°C during a spring when we had expected 10°C to 18°C.
What unfolded was an absolute surprise. Casey didn’t just survive the tour over the hilly terrain, he became our quiet hero. While most of us struggled on one of Korea’s toughest hill climbs, Casey who was using the only smaller 20 inches wheel bike and carrying his full load, managed to complete the ascent without resorting to pushing his bike.
Naturally, we were all curious about his secret. He revealed that his resilience and strength came from a unique practice: utilizing Breath Work, the Body Mechanics of the Bone Joints, and his 11 Imaginary Energy Balls’, all principles derived from DWFP.
Witnessing his transformation from a potential liability to an inspiring powerhouse was truly remarkable. I am now extremely curious not just how it applies to cycling, but also how it can be used in everyday activities and movements to prevent accidents at home and injuries from sporting activities. Casey’s performance is the most compelling testimonial for the power of this practice.

I’m Mike Soh, founder of The 1% Club — helping people be 1% Better Daily in Health, Wealth & Happiness.
Recently, I met Casey, the MAD SAMURAI — known for his Samurai headband, wooden katana, and unstoppable energy on his Birdy bike. He leads a 50-member Pickleball group at Toa Payoh 128 Plaza with incredible passion and commitment.
He’s at the court by 6:30 a.m., four days a week, rain or shine — a true example of dedication and discipline. Beyond his laughter and energy, his speed, power, and agility on court are inspiring.
I later learned he’s also the Founder of DWFP (Dragon’s Way Foundation Philosophy) — a nervous-system-based holistic wellness program.
Grateful to have met such an inspiring individual who truly lives the 1% Better spirit!
I looked forward to having more conversation with Casey about DWFP!

I’ve known Casey through pickleball for about a year, and we still play together regularly. What impresses me most is how his energy, focus, and positivity seem to grow with each game.
Beyond being a passionate player, Casey embodies the balance of physical vitality and mental clarity that he often shares through DWFP (Dragon’s Way Foundation Philosophy).
It’s inspiring to see how he lives out his philosophy — moving from health to super health — not just in words but in action, every single day.
His consistency, discipline, and genuine enthusiasm for life are truly motivating.

DWFP (Dragon’s Way Foundation Philosophy) the concepts of 11 Imaginary Energy Balls!
I can say, Ball-Canvas Men and Breath Works are easy to understand and apply especially in Pickleball. It gives my extra power and greater stamina during gruelling competitions, as one doesn’t rely on just Muscles which fatigue much easily, while in BALL-CANVAS MEN….Fascia Tissues are the main source of power, and doesn’t fatigue.
In fact, the more you use, the more powerful they become… 越战越勇!

I have always been agile, and it is easy to do any sport or ball games, but since I came into contact with DWFP I still have a lot of room for development in sports and ball games.
Its 11 Imaginary Energy Balls and Ball-Canvas Men are really eye-opening. I discovered that this is the right way to use and move our body. It makes me more comfortable in any sports and daily life activities.
Movements becomes more energetic, explosive, safer, and reduce the possibility of injury.
DWFP is really awesome!

I came to know Casey 3 months ago via Pickleball at 128 Plaza, Toa Payoh . While Casey is old enough to be my Father, nothing that he does resembles people of his age.
He is not your typical Uncle. He comes across as one of us, in his social behaviours, dress sense and choice of word. What stood out even more is his athleticism, his speed, power, agility and reflexes. His energy seems boundless.
As I joined him in the Pickleball Interest Group of 50 pax that he led, I am in his chat group. He doesn’t seem to sleep, as we could be receiving messages throughout the night, and the next morning, he will be at the Court by 6:30am to secure the courts for us, 4 days a week, rain or shine!
I very much appreciate his dedication to whatever he chooses to do, and his spirit of community service.
I was shocked to learn later that he was a Parkinson’s Patient only a couple of years ago, with 60 over disabling symptoms, that Dr had advised him to start looking for Palliative Care!
His story of self-determination to fight against all odds is inspiring.
I also learned that behind all these miraculous achievements is DWFP, Dragons’ Way Foundation Philosophy, a holistic wellness system that he founded in order to heal himself from Parkinson’s Disease.
While I am too young to be concerned of illnesses like Parkinson’s Disease, seeing how DWFP contributes to his sporting prowess interests me to find out more about DWFP, especially how it could apply to Pickleball and our daily life activities.
DWFP Rocks!

I met Casey 16 months ago at Bishan Park, via Pickleball
Casey’s appearance at the Bishan Park Pickleball Game was refreshing.
He brought an atmosphere of joy and positivity. Full of energy that seems boundless.
He would dash around, going for every ball, even when they are clearly out of his zone. For that he earned e nickname of THE FLY, which he took it in stride proudly, while others could have taken it as an insult
Many of us noticed his unwavering state of cheerfulness, some took up the challenge of trying to upset him with provoking statements, but Casey was totally unperturbed.
We also noticed his extraordinary reflexes. In order to test his limits, some would scheme to hit two balls at him together, surprisingly, he managed to return both balls most of the time What had shocked us most was learning that he just healed himself from Parkinson’s Disease only 2 months ago in Feb 2024.
Even today, Casey continues to surprise us with his powerful but unorthodox, out of the box movements that score points in Pickleball.
These must be attributed to the power of DWFP behind.
I am looking forward to learning more about DWFP!

When Casey first talked about DWFP applications in various aspects of Life and Sports, I was sceptical.
First sceptical that DWFP can really be this universally useful.
Next, sceptical that mastery can be easy. Thinking that, it is of course easy for Casey to put DWFP to work, as Casey has been training Martial Arts all his life, until I tried it myself.
Via DWFP’s 11 Imaginary Energy Balls, Casey has made the mastery of many Ancient martial skills much easier, that you no longer need 30 years to attain competencies, instead in timeframe of months or even weeks.
What is also amazing is these martial skills are not only useful for self-defence in natural unhostile ways, it is useful in everyday life activities and movements.
Further, it is even useful in countless segments of sports activities, from Racket Games, Cycling, Hiking and much more, for people of all age groups and athletic abilities.
Truly AMAZING!

I came to know Casey a year ago from Pickleball at Bishan Park.
Casey stand out from the crowd. First, with his charisma and good looks, but more than that is his boundless mental and physical energy.
His speed, power, agility and reflexes is extraordinary. Nothing of him reassembles people of his age.
I later realized that he is the Founder of DWFP, Dragons’ Way Foundation Philosophy, a Nervous System based anti-aging and talent transformation program. No wonder!
He has been generous to share with us what DWFP is, especially relating to Pickleball and Daily Life activities.
DWFP’s 11 Imaginary Balls and Ball-Canvas Men are very easy to understand and apply in daily life activities and movements. Making life easier and safer.
In Pickleball, I am now able to have much more stability, power and control during the game, no more muscle or joint pains that are resulted from using the body incorrectly, with Stick Men concept
DWFP is simply AWESOME!

DWFP’s breathing method is simple and easy to use. It helps me overcome the mental, emotional and physical stress and fatigue brought about by daily life, allowing me to quickly eliminate negative energies from my body and mind. This “breathing method” also helped me control excitement, anxieties or tension while playing Pickleball allowing me to be more in control of the game.

Casey: The Joyful Spirit of the Pickleball Court
I first met Casey in August 2024 on the pickleball court. From the very first game, it was clear that he was someone special. Casey is what you might call an observer—a calm, thoughtful presence who takes everything in with a warm and steady demeanor. But what truly sets him apart is his incredible attitude toward the game. Win or lose, Casey plays with the same cheerful spirit, as if every point, every rally, is its own small victory.
When Casey is on the court, the atmosphere changes. His laughter is contagious, and his easygoing nature lifts the mood of everyone around him. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a seasoned player or a beginner—if Casey is there, you’re guaranteed to have a good time. He has a way of turning even the most competitive matches into lighthearted, joyful exchanges. The whole court seems to buzz with positive energy when he’s around.
What’s even more remarkable is his fitness. Although Casey is already past 60, he moves with the energy and stamina of someone half his age. I’ve seen him play for hours without showing the slightest sign of fatigue, his focus sharp and his footwork steady. While some of us are catching our breath between games, Casey is already setting up for the next round, smiling as if he’s just getting started.
It makes me wonder—what’s his secret? How does he maintain such energy, such joy, both in the game and in life? If I ever get the chance, I’ll have to ask him. Maybe it’s his love for the sport, his positive mindset, or something more. One thing’s for sure: playing with Casey isn’t just about pickleball—it’s a lesson in how to enjoy life, one game at a time.

The concepts within DWFP—specifically the 10 Imaginary 🐉 Balls, Canvas Men, and specialized Breath Works—are incredibly intuitive. What surprised me most was how easily they could be applied to almost anything, from high-energy racket games to the simple movements of daily life.
Since implementing these techniques, I have experienced a noticeable increase in power, control, and accuracy in my athletic performance. However, the most vital benefit has been the physical safety; I feel significantly less injury-prone. For those of us navigating our Golden Years, the ability to remain active and sporty without the constant fear of injury is absolutely essential. It is the difference between simply aging and truly living.
Before starting this journey, I had begun to accept a quiet narrative that certain parts of my vitality were just… gone. I thought my peak years were behind me. This program proved me wrong. Not only have I regained physical strength, but I’ve rediscovered a sense of creativity and musicality that I haven’t felt since my twenties.
Casey didn’t just hand me a set of exercises; he provided a comprehensive system for rejuvenation. He didn’t just give me a program—he gave me a second wind for my passions. I now approach my hobbies and my health with a level of confidence and excitement I thought was lost to time.

Peter Yuan
83 Year Old Dementia Patient
After 8 training sessions with Casey’s DWFP, I find that my balance is better, and overall stronger. For example, on the Bench Press Machine, I have gone from 10kg to 26 Kg, 160% increase over 8 training sessions, increasing by 2 Kg on average from session to session!
When comparing this to the famous American Strength Centric Weight Training Program, the Greek God Muscle Building Program (GGMBP), session to session increase averages at 0.68 Kg to 1.1 Kg, a mean of 1.23 Kg.
Put down to comparison, my performance is 63% more! This is PHENOMENAL Considering that I am a 83 Year Old Dementia Patient, compared with on average much younger American adults.
And this is not the only example, on other Weight Training Machines, the results are even more impressive! As examples below,
Shoulder Press: from 10 Kg to 22.5Kg over 5 sessions, 2.5 Kg increase per session on average. This is 100% more than GGMBP average of 1.23 Kg.
Ankle Lift with Dumbbells: Holding one Dumbbell on each hand to do Ankle Lift with the Ball of the foot, for 100 repetitions. Weight increased from 2 x 4 Kg to 2 x 8 Kg over 3 sessions. Session to Session increases 2.7 Kg in total. Compared with GGMBP’s 1.23Kg, my performance is 120% better!
